On Oct. 26th 2012, the working staff from SGS came to our company to carry out the comprehensive systematic field audit from the aspects of our scale qualification, procurement, sales, after-sales service, new product development, workshop management, product quality control, safety management, human resource management, and others. All our departments took part in the audit actively. The files and documents needing to be checked were all available. Through our concerted efforts, our company was certified by SGS again.
During the audit process, the audit team proposed some improvement suggestions to the purpose. Aiming at the problems found in the auditing process, we made a summary timely, and organized the related personnel to probe deeply into the improvement project of the quality management work. We strived to boost the effectiveness of the quality system.
Following the requirements of the ISO quality system strictly, we would attach more importance to product quality, pay more attention to the needs of customers, and carry out continuous innovation and improvement to create the splendid future of Heiman.
